NIRSA 2021 All Regions Virtual Conference

December 3-9, 2021

If you did not get a chance to complete or submit a proposal, the proposal link will remain live and receive submissions until October 8.

Completed submissions received by the established August 31 deadline will get priority review.  Submissions received after August 31 may be considered by the 2021 NIRSA All Regions Virtual Conference Committee if the submission fills content gaps in the submission pool.

If your submission is not selected for this event, we’ll hang on to the information so that it may be considered for other education programs in the upcoming months.

The first-ever, combined All Regions Virtual Conference is happening December 7-9, 2021 with a one-day Student Lead On kicking the event off on December 3.

NIRSA thanks you for your interest in presenting at the All Regions Virtual Conference as regional opportunities are critical for local engagement, networking, and professional development.

The call for virtual session proposals is open through August 31. The All Regions Virtual Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals that reflect innovative ideas and practices in the field of campus rec; a mix of live webcast and pre-recorded session formats of varying lengths are available to prospective presenters.

Timeline

  • Proposals are due August 31, 2021
  • Accept/decline status notifications will be sent in early October of 2021
  • Scheduling notifications will be sent in late October of 2021

NIRSA 2022 Annual Conference and Campus Rec & Wellness Expo

March 29-April 1, 2022

The next NIRSA Annual Conference and Campus Rec & Wellness Expo is happening March 29-April 1, 2022 in Portland, Oregon. NIRSA thanks you for your interest in presenting at our first in-person Annual Conference since Boston in February 2019.

The call for session proposals is open through August 31. The conference program committee is seeking proposals that reflect innovative ideas in the field of rec; multiple in-person formats are available to prospective presenters.
