Campus Rec & Wellness Expo:

  • Wednesday, March 30: 3:30pm-6:30pm

  • Thursday, March 31: 9:00am-2:30pm

  • Early morning workout: 6:30am-7:30am

Exhibitor move-in:

  • Tuesday, March 29

    • Large booths (400+ sq. feet): 8:00am-11:00am 
    • All booths: 11:00am-5:00pm
  • Wednesday, March 30

    • All booths: 8:00am-12:30pm 
    • All booths must be set by 12:30pm on Wednesday, March 30

Exhibitor move-out:

  • Thursday, March 31: 2:30pm-10:00pm

NIRSA 2022 pricing

*NIRSA Associate members receive a 10% discount! 

  • Early bird deadline: November 4, 2021

  • Early bird booth rate: $23.50/sq. foot

  • Booth rate after November 4: $26.50/sq. foot

  • Corner booth fee: $200/corner (ineligible for discounts)

  • Booths 400 square feet and larger receive an additional 5% discount.

  • Space is sold in 10×10 increments
