How to Make a Reservation
Hotel reservations can be made online within the group block by using the website link provided to you along with your conference registration confirmation. A valid credit card will be needed to secure your hotel reservation. Multi-room reservations are possible. Details will be included in the hotel registration link.
Conference Travel
Getting to and around Portland
If you’re flying, the closest airport is Portland International Airport (PDX) at 9.3 miles away.
Uber or Lyft rates currently range from $21-$27 (one way). The MAX lightrail offers transportation from the airport to stations near all three hotels and the convention center. Rates start at $2.50.
All conference attendees will be eligible* to receive a complimentary transportation pass that can be used on the city’s TriMet network of buses and trains. Take advantage and check out the many parks and neighborhoods that make Portland so special.
*Passes will be distributed at the registration desk upon check in. There are a limited amount and will be first come first serve. You must be staying in a conference hotel to be eligible to receive a pass.
