Reservations can be made after you register for the conference. Your receipt/confirmation email will include a link to book your room at one of the conference hotels.
Yes, whether you’re staying at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown or the Hyatt Regency Phoenix there will be a full-service restaurant located inside the hotel as well as limited service options. Visit the conference hotel site to view dining services.
NIRSA is excited to announce several new offerings to this year’s conference which include but are not limited to a gamification scavenger hunt and a pickleball tournament. The gamification scavenger hunt will allow attendees to earn points by entering hidden codes into the Pheedloop app throughout the conference to claim prizes. NIRSA has made the decision this year to remove the free breakfast option to keep registration pricing down. There will be onsite food options as well as a coffee shop for attendees to explore at the Food Hall located at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Attendees staying at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown will be about a four-minute walk from the Phoenix Convention Center. You’ll want to enter the Phoenix Convention Center from Monroe Street. Attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel will be able to enter the Phoenix Convention Center from 3rd Street or utilize the walkway from the hotel to the Convention Center.
Yes, NIRSA will be using the PheedLoop app again this year. On April 4, all registered attendees should have received a personalized email with information on how to access and login to the app. Watch this short video for or a quick guide to navigating the Pheedloop App.
If you’ve been part of or witness to an incident at NIRSA 2024, we ask that you complete a report to document the incident. These forms will also be available at the Conference Registration Desk.
NIRSA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate—including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund—in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior. NIRSA also reserves the right to prohibit an individual from attending any future meeting or event in response to an incident.
