NIRSA 2024 Phoenix

Thank you so much for your contribution to the 2024 NIRSA Annual Conference! We love learning about all the things our members have been up to and really value hearing the stories and lessons that presenters share with our NIRSA communities.

The deadline has passed for general education sessions, panel presentations, roundtable discussions, and preconference workshops/seminars.

Presenters were notified of their application status in November 2023.

All presenters must register for the 2024 NIRSA Annual Conference and Campus Rec & Wellness Expo. Registration for NIRSA 2024 is now open!

Revisit presenter expectations by viewing the Speaker Agreement Form.

Refer to your Pheedloop speaker portal for instructions on where to upload files and update your bio. Check your portal regularly for updates and resources. Email Events@nirsa.org if you need assistance accessing your speaker portal.

Presenters are encouraged to use the following resources as they prepare to present in Phoenix:

• Learning Outcomes Handout (UC San Diego)
• Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: A resource guide for Leaders in Collegiate Recreation (NIRSA)

All sessions will be evaluated for their eligibility to offer CE credits for those pursuing their Certified Student Affairs Educator and Campus Recreation Certification. Learn more about this certification and its requirements by visiting the NIRSA website.
