Important Dates and Times

Campus Rec & Wellness Expo:

  • Thursday, April 18: 3:30pm-6:30pm
  • Friday, April 19: 9:00am-2:00pm
  • Times subject to change

Exhibitor move-in:

  • Wednesday, April 17

    • Large booths & activities: 8:00am-11:00am
    • All booths: 11:00am-5:00pm

  • Thursday, April 18

    • All booths: 8:00am-noon
    • All booths must be set by noon

Exhibitor move-out:

  • Friday, April 19

    • All booths: 2:00pm-10:00pm

NIRSA 2024 Pricing

*NIRSA Associate members receive a 10% discount!

  • Booth rate: $26.50 per square foot

  • Corner booth fee: $225 per corner (ineligible for discounts) 

  • Booths 400 square feet and larger receive an additional 5% discount.

  • Space is sold in 10×10 increments.

  • Inquire about nonprofit booth pricing by contacting Kelley Hungerford.

  • Early bird deadline: September 6, 2023

  • Early bird booth rate:$23.50 per square foot

  • Corner booth fee: $225 per corner (ineligible for discounts) 

  • Booths 400 square feet and larger receive an additional 5% discount.

  • Space is sold in 10×10 increments.
